Our cutting-edge software and equipment allow the inventorying, digitalization and management of your company’s document flow.
Digitalization of printed documents is the first and easiest step to digital transformation and the quickest path to final savings.
Many organizations have already obtained significant savings thanks to the migration from their traditional manual and paper-based processes into more convenient, user-focused, digital methods. The reduction, or even better, the elimination of paper, provides your business with several key benefits.
COST REDUCTION Paper costs are generally high, but savings go beyond. Expenses arising from tonner changes, MFP printers updates and couriers are also reduced. You can also save space by eliminating big files and furniture and recovering wide storage areas. |
|
IMPROVE SECURITY Limit access to classified documents and information and avoid unauthorized handling. Ensure a more effective recovery of your stored digital documentation in case of flood, fire or building collapse. |
|
QUICKER OPERATIONS Reduce up to 75% of the total process cycles in accounting, human resources, law and other key areas of your organization. |
Document digitalization and management refers to the process of scanning paper documents and converting them in electronic documents, capturing important information and saving the document in a central repository to ease its further recovery. Replace the documentation storage spaces in your company. The maintenance and organization of those areas are usually difficult and imply a waste of your employees’ time. Migrate your physical files to a safe electronic store with a friendly search capacity. Save time, money and space and make a free-paper company.
If all your paper documents are scanned and stored in a central repository, yours can become a more organized, paper-free company where all important
documentations are stored in no extra space. A good document management software will save your time and money by eliminating unproductive activities
such as storing and recovering documents from binders and cabinets.
MODOC
provides tools to simplify the process of scanning and indexing large amounts of documents. You can split, merge and re-scan, set automatic
classifiers by using bar codes or blank sheets for easy organization, filing and identification. Scanned files can be permanently saved in almost any
format: Tif, JPG, PDF, DOC, XLS, MP3, AVI, etc. The OCR complement allows the identification of texts in scanned documents for an easy search and
recovery by means of the
MODOC
document management search interface. By using metadata, you can also include data bases in our document indexation.
Even though certain physical records will always be necessary, the need to adopt digital transformation has never been higher. Industry research regularly reminds us how expensive it is to keep documents in paper. Additional costs arising from the reproduction of any lost document and its new filing make the obsolete practice to keep paper records almost impracticable. MODOC can make you close the breach between your digital and paper documents. Our document management solutions may facilitate the interchange of files among multiple corporate locations, and integrate the information with databases to merge metadata, and automatize the process of approval and review of documents. Our innovative Document Manager applies smart document management processes to make the file search more efficient, safe and consistent and also to keep the continuous traceability of movements in your files.

Electronic documents bearing a digital signature are as legally valid as those hand-signed.

•
Section 288 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code
“Electronic documents where a person’s signature is requested can be digitally signed every time the document’s author and integrity are undoubtedly
ensured.”
There is a GENDER AND SPECIES RELATIONSHIP between the electronic and the digital signatures: all digital signatures are electronic but not all electronic signatures are digital.

✓ | Is guaranteed by a digital certificate issued by an Authorized Certifier.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE:
✕ | Does not comply with the signature requirement.
✕ | Is not guaranteed by a digital certificate issued by an Authorized Certifier.
✕ | Authorship is not proven. Whoever intends to assert the authorship of an electronic signature must prove it. |
